Sales Representatives engage prospective consumers who have requested information regarding debt consolidation options. Sales Representatives help clients get started on the path towards financial freedom. Our Representatives assess a client’s financial situation and provide a tailored debt consolidation option. About The Role

  • There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. All prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions.
  • You will assess a customer’s financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challenges.
  • You’ll be expected to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

About The Role

The Manager of FP&A at Beyond will be part of the corporate FP&A team and provide support for all FP&A efforts, including financial and business analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning.  The Manager of FP&A will also play a “hands-on” role in developing and implementing financial planning processes and tools.

The FP&A team works cross-functionally with other teams within the organization to consolidate financial information and develop projections and analyses.  Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative and demanding environment and we are looking for a self-motivated candidate who has a “no excuses / get the job done” mentality.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and skilled at communicating complex financial concepts to, and developing working relationships with, Executive Leadership and all levels, functions, and operations of the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Helps lead the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis against budget and prior periods
  • Assists in leading the annual budget and forecasting process for all functional areas including relevant analysis and documentation of major variances.
  • Maintain, enhance, and design the FP&A reporting tool (Adaptive Insights) as well as build out reports in Adaptive for ad-hoc analysis
  • Identifies, recommends enhancements and helps implement changes with respect to content, process, and controls
  • Provides financial and strategic support to senior management and the owners, including preparing investor presentations, financial presentations, and other projects.
  • Meet with division leads to discuss monthly variances to budget and any organizational changes that may affect financials
  • Assists in leading & creating partnerships with Accounting and HR staff to report monthly expenses and headcount across the firm’s divisions
  • Manages analyst(s) on FP&A team to meet deadlines and provide superior service to business unit leaders
  • Proactively looks for ways to improve the accuracy and speed of the current forecasting process for both revenue and expenses
  • Other duties assigned to ensure the proper functions of the team & meet business needs as identified

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance, Master’s degree a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably with some of that time as a manager
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 3-Statement Financial Model experience is a strong plus
  • Experience working for a PE-backed firm a plus
  • Experience with structured ERP systems (Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.) a plus
  • Knowledge of reporting in Looker and SQL/database structures a plus
  • Very comfortable working in a fast-paced/growing company/evolving environment
  • A strong sense of urgency and strong determination to see something through to completion

About the Role

We are building a new product technology team to rebuild, relaunch, and evolve our consumer-facing web applications from scratch with modern agile best practices. As a Product Manager at Beyond Finance you will be devising product strategy, creating technical requirements, and overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives.

As a Client Success Specialist, the ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs and provide the connection between our Enrollment and Negotiation teams. To be successful in this role, one must possess a “second-to-none” work ethic, an upbeat, positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.

Our Client Success Department is critical to the success of helping maintain Beyond’s exemplary customer brand and this role focuses largely on meeting the needs of our clients by responding promptly to client requests and possessing an acute awareness that allows them to anticipate the client’s needs and exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Above all else, provide a best-in-class client service experience over the phone and other communication channels. You would be responding to client requests and anticipating unstated needs by answering general inquiries as well as addressing any problems or concerns they may have as they progress through our program to ensure a successful program graduation
  • Through demonstrated effective listening, can analyze client concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management software to facilitate the process of responding to and addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Thoroughly document client interactions, requests and outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
  • Utilize appropriate resource materials to provide one-call resolution when possible and resolve client inquiries/concerns with limited escalation to supervisors
