  • Assist with implementing a COTS financial system and provide system and federal financial expertise relative to the organization’s requirements.
  • Provide functional support and assist with documenting configuration requirements, functional design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.
  • Document configuration requirements, functional design specifications, business processes, and user stories based on requirements.
  • Under the guidance of more senior subject matter experts, develop expertise in the COTS tool, Federal financial management business processes, and ERP implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and client to understand the organization’s business processes and legacy systems environment.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance from more senior subject matter experts.
  • Review requirements by business process area and develop test scenarios.
  • Execute tests based on Test Plan. Records results. Analyze results to assign Pass/Fail status and create detailed and well-written Test Reports.
  • Elicit and document business intelligence requirements and conceptual designs for new reports, metrics, and dashboards.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • US citizenship is required.
  • Must have the ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation.
  • Experience with federal financial management and systems.
  • Good analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems.
  • Self-starter. Quick to learn and put new skills to use.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead for technical and functional design, configuration, and sustainment of the solution.
Elicit and document requirements and specifications from functional users, subject matter experts, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application, and develops processes and documentation that support the SDLC
Support application design, configuration, deployment, and security setup activities as needed
Develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to: business process workflows, Functional Requirements Documents; Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases.
Implement complex enterprise system configurations and end to end development design
Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes
Hold a key role in fit/gap analysis activities and actively support application design and implementation of identified RICE-W objects
Work with the customer and partners to document legacy system data mappings and convert legacy data to the target formats
Create business process models and identify business process improvements
Review and comment on proposed functional/capability configuration for each of the product modules
Evaluation and feedback on system and functional design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifacts
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
Assist the team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and other third party/custom solutions as necessary
Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree
Versed in the design, implementation, integration, test and deployment of ERP or SaaS products
10-12 years of experience with a minimum of six years of experience with the implementation, integration, and deployment of Oracle solutions.
Has been the technical lead for the implementation of Oracle solutions.
Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
Must have strong written, verbal, and listening skills
Experience with gathering reporting requirements and conducting “map and gap” analysis/assessment
Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Ability to successfully pass a background investigation to gain access to government systems and facilities
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

SaaS implementation experience in large scale projects
Experience in delivering systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and Department of Defense (DoD) customers

More About the Role:

  • Conduct installation, de-installation, reconfiguration, modification work orders and updates of computer hardware and software in local, regional, or global intelligence architectures including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, TDN2, Special Access Programs (SAP) networks and coalition networks.
  • Assist with configuration assessments, fielding, testing, modernization, reset, de-fielding, demilitarization and disposal of sensitive equipment.
  • Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on complex antenna and radio frequency distribution systems.
  • Perform tests on electrical, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers (BERT), and other complex and specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE), wire diagrams, logic and signal flow charts, technical manuals, troubleshooting charts, performance aids, schematic, and logic diagrams.
  • Repair analog and fiber optics cables.
  • Perform pre and post flight inspections on Guardrail Common Sensor (GRCS) mission equipment and data link.
  • Submit standard and non-standard repair parts requests.
  • Prepare equipment for transportation or shipment.
  • Prepare maintenance, property accountability, and transportation forms and records.
  • Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50lbs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university + two years of relevant experience
  • Four years of military training in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience on maintenance and integration on one or more of the following: GRCS; Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMARSS) mission equipment; Tactical Command Data Link (TDCL); GRCS Operational Ground Station (OGS); Distributed Common Ground Station- Army (DCGS-A); software defined SIGINT collection platforms; biometrics collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination equipment; CI/HUMINT support systems; TROJAN systems or satellite communication terminals providing TDN2; TENCAP systems; or intelligence non-standard equipment.
  • Information assurance certifications for Tier I and II computer, servers, networks and global intelligence architectures integration and maintenance are desired.
  • US Citizen.
  • Current TS/SCI. TS/SCI with poly is desired.
  • Willing to work shift work, to include weekends and potentially holidays.
