  • Develop and execute full go-to-market plans in collaboration with strategic and top-tier partners on a regional and global scale – revised on a quarterly basis

Chargebee’s recent acquisition of customer retention platform Brightback expands the product suite by powering personal, ML-optimized customer experiences and churn reduction workflows that help innovative B2B. Chargebee is looking for an exceptional and self-directed Principal Product Designer to join the team to work on this retention product.

What you will be doing:

  • Own all aspects of Chargebee’s retention product design and user experience strategy/ lifecycle from end to end.
  • Work directly with PMs and engineers to define product specs and turn them into high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that deliver a delightful user experience.
  • Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Take on ownership and steer the direction of evolving our existing internal design system.
  • Plan, organize and conduct interaction & interface design user testing.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS conducting User Tests and high-fidelity prototypes. (Fintech or eCommerce would be a big plus)
  • Experience using Figma or Invision to deliver mockups that can be shared with customers and converted into high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy and reasoning behind design features.
