Key responsibilities: 

  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the global ICG O&T expense base; tracking and reporting on the financial performance of the Organisation and being a trusted point of contact on finance related matters.
  • Working with the various Business Management teams, providing insightful financial and business analyses and developing senior management reports, to track key operational metrics to help monitor performance, drive business decisions, and achieve goals.
  • Participating in a range of processes to drive the Organisation’s global resource and location strategy; partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, Strategic Site contacts and all relevant parties towards achieving the Organisation’s hiring objectives.
  • Working with EIO&T partners to keep track of CTI consumables, monitor / rationalize real estate costs and track / drive efficiencies of enterprise allocations / cost drivers.
  • Providing robust analysis and interpretation of data, spotting trends and variances and providing business-focused reporting commentary.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc high quality financial reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed SLAs and using appropriate dissemination channels.
  • Undertaking operational reporting activities as required, e.g. the production of performance dashboards and scorecards used at all levels within the Organisation up to senior management.
  • Tracking of financial and headcount targets (e.g. Travel and entertainment, Recruitment, Third Party expenses, productivity targets, headcount etc.) by which the various LOBs are managed.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with the various business office contacts, finance partners and other key ICG O&T partners.
  • Working closely with the Business Unit Community on ad hoc compliance and regulatory driven activities.
  • Facilitating various meetings including regular staff meetings, periodic business and finance reviews and other ad hoc activities as required.
  • Managing ad hoc requirements in a highly pressurized and dynamic environment

Applicants must have at least 8 years prior experience in business and financial management

Education: 

  • Educational Level: Bachelor’s Degree required

Skill requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant business and financial management experience
  • Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.
  • Experience with databases and information management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Individual contributor with the ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes
  • Ability to remain calm and objective in a high-pressure environment
  • Good level of planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with business front office and global functions colleagues.
  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organise findings and build presentations.
  • Knowledge of Operation & Technology organisations, preferably within the financial services industry

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver wealth management services to CITI PRIVATE BANK clients with guidance from the Banker teams.
  • Manage and execute client transactions with respect to business and individual banking, credit and investment products. Ensure transactions are completed within audit and compliance standards as well as timely.
  • Take ownership of client investigations (e.g., statement reporting issues and pricing inquiries) and collaborate with operational and middle office teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Coordinate account maintenance for all products and reporting on WINS including address changes, telephone number updates, account status changes, rates and fee waivers.
  • Enforce banking policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Proactively arrange and participate in client visits and perform service quality check-in calls to clients.
  • Obtain banker/client appointments to build upon existing or establish new relationships.
  • Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to banker or product specialist.
  • Perform responsibilities through proficient use Citi applications. Participate in service related process improvements.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • US: Licenses: Series 7/63 or 7/66 or willing to acquire within 120 days

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to recruit, develop, and manage an effective Internal Audit team, that ensures the firm meets audit standards and regulations in partnership with business leaders and the develop, execute, and evaluate audit plans

  • Manage a small to medium sized team of Internal Audit professionals that delivers audit reports, in accordance with Internal audit and regulatory standards
