Full Job Description

DVBE Technology Group is seeking multiple Provider Customer Service Representatives for full-time opportunities in West Sacramento, CA. We offer competitive pay with ten (10) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) a year (hours accrued per pay period) and the option for medical and other benefits.

We are looking for employees with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Employees will go through an intensive six week training program requiring perfect attendance and no time off. Full shift attendance during training is mandatory and if not adhered to can result in termination. The positions are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is scheduled to start remotely and in the future move on-site in West Sacramento.

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to moderately complex provider (Doctor’s offices, insurance companies, hospitals) telephone calls in the 19 threshold languages, handling requests for claims detail reports (CDRs), responding to written member inquiries, and conducting outbound call campaigns.

Essential Job Functions

· Answers approximately 40 to 80 daily telephone calls using an automated system and responds to moderately complex provider questions and/or forwards calls to appropriate personnel.

· Researches provider calls/inquiries and responds to appropriate parties per service level agreements (SLAs).

· Records call in a customer relationship management (CRM) ticketing solution resolves written provider requests/inquiries and updates member history with inquiry results to include proper documentation. Interfaces with team personnel, management, and customers about customer service issues.

· Conducts outbound calls to providers in response to voicemail inquiries, customer direction, or other business needs.

Required Skills

· High school diploma or GED

· Strong customer service background and work history in a fast-paced environment. Medical/healthcare or call center desirable.

· Experience working with organizational functions and personnel

· Experience working with computers, software programs, and telephone technology

· Business and analytical problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions

DVBE Technology Group is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives for full-time opportunities in West Sacramento, CA. We are looking for employees with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Employees will go through a six to eight week training program. Training requires strong attendance and if an employee passes training, has no performance or internet issues, the position will be remote until client COVID restrictions are lifted.

The positions are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Full shift attendance during training (approximately 2-3 weeks) is mandatory and if not adhered to can result in termination.

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 with ten (10) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) a year (hours accrued per pay period) and the option for medical and other benefits.

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to basic to moderately complex member telephone calls in the 19 threshold languages, handling requests for claims detail reports (CDRs), responding to written member inquiries, and conducting outbound call campaigns.

Currently, if an employee is selected to work remotely, the following is required:

o Required Internet Speeds (DVBETG reimburses $20.00 a month for Internet once your training is complete)

o Download speed – 50 mbps

o Upload speed – 5 mbps

o Professional and quiet workspace

o Computer webcams are required to be on at all times during training except for breaks and lunch.
