ERPi is proud to support the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Joint Logistics (JL) team – sharing knowledge on Artificial Intelligence (AI) benefits, support data consolidation and cleansing for AI use, and provide expertise on AI model development. ERPi is seeking a Joint Logistics Solutions Engineer to provide programs with the tools, data, and architecture to develop, train, integrate, and adopt AI models that reduce Not Mission Capable (NMC) rates.

The Joint Logistics Solutions Engineer will:

  • Leverage their understanding of logistics domain expertise: This includes in-depth understanding of logistics data, how it is used, DoD data standards and policy, and database management
  • Lead business analysis and stakeholder engagement: This includes completing surveys of the Services and logistics Agencies to discern their data strategy and data architecture; schedule and lead interviews with identified Joint Logistics stakeholders, capture information gleaned, and organize into a database; engage stakeholders spanning government agencies (Logistic Enterprise Support Agency (LESA), Logistics Data Analytics Center (LDAC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Management Air (PMA) 299, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Army Research Lab (ARL), Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), etc.)
  • Lead data architecture and mapping: Build a comprehensive data map based on stakeholder interview findings (e.g., diagram of data required for AI modeling and the authoritative sources); review the database and data map to provide recommendations to Joint Logistics; document defining data ownership issues, security concerns, missing MOUs for access, processes, policies (or policy barriers), access points, APIs, etc.
  • Support data evaluation and integration: Review the current state of logistics data, comparing the current state, and future data plan, to the state of data needed by AI, we can determine data gaps and issues
 Required Skills and Experience:
  • DoD Secret Clearance Required (Interim ok)
  • Level 1 Solutions Engineer requires at least an Associates Degree in computer engineering or related field and at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Data architecture experience to include expertise with SQL, database structure, data mapping, cloud infrastructure
  • Logistics experience spanning Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and/or other logistics Agencies (e.g. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Transportation Command (TRANSCOM))
  • Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver
  • Strong organization, prioritization, team-work and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in written and oral situations

ERPi is currently seeking a full-time General Management Consultant to support our client onsite in Washington, D.C.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA, requires professional support services to assist the Deputy Under Secretary of Health (DUSH)—who is accountable for specific health care programs enabling and supporting virtually every aspect of patient care provided to Veterans– with the development, administration, and management of various emerging initiatives, some of which are legislatively mandated. ERPi serves as the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) strategic partner to transform the country’s largest and most complex organizations – with 1,600 care sites across 50 states and a staff of approximately 300,000 employees caring for over 6 million Veterans – into a clinically led, outcome-focused, and technology-enabled organization.

The Office of Healthcare Transformation (OHT), organizationally aligned under the DUSH, is spearheading this implementation of program management capabilities. OHI’s Modernization initiative drives improvement across VHA’s mission activities with a focus on streamlining the organization, simplifying decision-making, reengineering business processes, and enhancing role authority and accountability while reducing variability across the health system. OHT initiatives touch all areas of VHA operations: finance, human resources, labor management relations, training, communications, commercial and government health operations, human centered design, organizational design, performance management, and data analysis. Our approach includes change management and transition throughout VA/VHA Central Office, VISNs, and Medical Centers, as well as to external stakeholders.

ERPi requires Management Consultants to support VHA in the development of an improved organization and in the implementations of critical initiatives. To assist OHT in managing multiple, concurrent transformation initiatives, the Management Consultant will plan and organize work, prioritize projects, and deliver and monitor business results. Regular client interaction, including potentially daily scrum meetings, facilitate scheduling of activities and rebalancing resources. ERPi is currently searching for a full-time Privacy Compliance Consultant to support the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The objective of this contract is to obtain privacy program support services for a variety of information technology (IT) systems and projects, including financial systems, which cut across all SEC Divisions and Offices.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic Privacy Writer professional with experience drafting system-specific privacy compliance documents, such as Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), or security control implementation statements. The ideal candidate will have experience with information security controls and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF). The candidate must have strong writing and communication experience, and should have demonstrated skill collecting and interpreting responses to technical questions.

  • As a member of the privacy team, draft and review privacy control compliance documentation;
  • Review and analyze technical privacy policy and procedures;
  • Research, document, and analyze IT privacy controls;
  • Communicate with IT teams as needed to gather accurate and thorough information

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience supporting complex projects through strong planning, analysis, communication and writing skills
  • 5+ years of experience supporting projects with federal clients
  • 3-5 years of experience with drafting privacy documentation, such as PIAs and SORNs

ERPi is currently searching for a full-time Policy Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This role contributes to improving the VA employees and Veteran’s lives and working towards a larger mission.

 

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has launched the VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) program to transition VA from its legacy core supply chain system to a modernized cloud-based supply chain system.  VA selected the Defense medical logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), along with its technical refresh, LogiCole, for its logistics and support services management system. The VALOR Program management Office (PMO) is leading the DMLSS/LogiCole implementation enterprise-wide starting with VA medical centers (VAMC).

The candidate will gain in-depth knowledge of various VALOR programmatic functions and transformational initiatives and be required to synthesize and clearly communicate the roles and responsibilities related to those initiatives.

  • Supporting program analysis, business process redesign, operational planning, activation, meeting planning and facilitation, performance measurement, change management and communications, and data analysis.
  • Managing a portfolio of policies and collaborating with VALOR subject matter experts to develop and update VALOR policies.
  • Designing and developing policy requirements that include legal authority; performance metrics; resource needs; costs analysis; and communications plans.
  • Conducting field-based interviews to identify the root causes for ambiguous policies and inconsistent processes.
  • Analyzing local level policies to assess implementation inconsistencies and providing recommendations for improvement in VHA national policy to VHA Program Office leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5-7 years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, law, or policy
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make logical decisions
