As Head of Business Consulting, you will be responsible for driving engagement deliveries to Life Science customers. You will architect and implement innovative solutions with project teams of internal professionals and partners based on the portfolio of EXTEDO and lead a team of consultants and support specialists.

Your Tasks :

• You will routinely engage with Director, VP, C-level executives and governing boards at client side (as well by involving EXTEDOs Upper Management).
• You will plan, manage, and execute customer projects across the world and provide progress reports to the customer and internally.
• You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Development and Support teams to provide the best solution for your customers and driving customer demands into the organization.
• You collaborate with sales leaders and engineering teams to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business.
• You lead and deliver high quality delivery of a variety of customized engagements with customers.
• You help to increase operation excellence in the consulting and support team.
• You coach and teach project managers and consultants.
• You support in attracting top talent to build high performing teams of consultants with superior technical and business domain depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills.

Your Profile :

• You have a degree in computer sciences, life science or a comparable qualification and 8+ years’ experience in a consulting role.
• You are passionate about building and leading successful IT and process transformations within the Life Science Sector.
• You bring a diverse IT and Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry IT trends within the Life Science space.
• You crafted innovative, forward-looking strategies while clearly outlining the investment and plan necessary to help EXTEDO customers lead the changes to application infrastructure, policies, processes, people and governance.
• You bring a strong understanding of how IT supports business processes and how to use it to solve customer problems.
• You were leading projects involving consulting, integrations and migrations
• You have 3+ years experience in leading technical teams.
• You insist on the highest standards and you deliver results.
• You have excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• You have the ability and willingness to travel

Job Responsibilities Are

• Support the installation and implementation of EXTEDO products
• Deliver training and standardized workshops onsite
• Gain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment of EXTEDO products and apply that knowledge to help clients better leverage our products
• Assist clients with technical and product functionality inquiries
• Manage customer relationships for the Professional Services and Customer Support teams
• Support Sales with technical expertise for RFP’s, product demonstrations and pilot installations
• Deliver validation services
• Attend trade shows
• Provide market feedback internally
• DevOps / maintenance of hosted servers
