The 2021 US Olympic Swim Trails is taking place in Omaha, Nebraska at the CHI Health Center. Fanatics is managing retail operations for this unique event in Omaha! General Job Duties:
  • Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one
  • Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans
  • Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented
  • Help stock and restock product

Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age

Associate Product Developer
The Associate Product Developer role involves administrative duties such as monitoring, tracking and reporting development status to Sr. Product Developer. The right candidate must be organized and willing to learn all aspects of product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports team
  • Helps create and maintain tech packs from initial development through buy/commits (including sketches, bill of materials, fit, proto request, etc.). Communicates all changes to internal and external groups.
  • Tracks and reviews/submissions with Sr. Developer on: trims, lab dips, labels, print SOS, knit downs, etc.; Also communicates feedback to overseas vendors, and maintains file for bulk reference.
  • Approval tracking – logging and maintaining all related comment/physical approvals.
  • Works in research and design; helps to create new products and ensure they meet all requirements for commercialization.
  • Assign and maintain style numbers, fabric codes and build and maintain lab dip grid.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (AI program, MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a key member of the corporate financial leadership team, with ownership of the corporate financial model, leadership in the development of financial narrative for investors, the Board of Directors and management, driving the usage and reporting of financial and operational KPIs, and providing leadership in planning, reporting, forecast accuracy and alignment between finance segment leaders. This position reports to the VP of FP&A.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary ownership of reporting for the Board of Directors and external investors, including financial narrative development, in-depth understanding of business drivers, and establishing best in class data packages for external consumption
  • Ownership and innovation of the total company forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses, etc.
  • Establish and adapt the Forecast, Budget and LRP calendars to streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders and enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
  • Support Investor Relations, with a focus on developing the set of data packages used by leadership on a quarterly basis and partnering on creating commentary and talking points to be used externally
  • Develop and maintain externally communicated KPIs, including associated research, comparable company analyses, consolidation, data visualization and packaging

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary detail orientation and strong data visualization skills
  • Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts
  • Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan
  • Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
  • 10+ years of finance management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
