Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for preparing financial analyses of current and prospective commercial loan customers, spreading financial statements, analyzing industry and economic conditions, completing cash flow analysis, completing full underwriting presentation and performing credit investigations to make appropriate recommendations as to the creditworthiness of borrowers and protect the Bank from loss.  The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyzes the creditworthiness of borrowers, identifies key credit issues and prepares full written analysis according to available information and established policies and procedures accurately and timely including completion of FOCUS underwriting document and all components thereof typically for one guarantor and one borrower type of loans with regular oversight by the manager.

Utilizes Baker Hill software to learn how to navigate and spread various types of submitted financial statements according to established policies and procedures accurately and timely to aid in the analysis of a borrower’s creditworthiness.

Prepares cash flow and global cash flow analysis for borrowers according to established policies and procedures accurately and timely to aid in the analysis of a borrower’s creditworthiness.

Researches available data including internet sources and subscription-based utilities as available and summarizes information regarding current and projected status of certain industries and borrowers of Bank services along with general economic trends and conditions according to the availability of research data to aid in the quality of lending decisions.

Develops a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge in banking matters, compliance, credit analysis, policies and procedures and personal skills and demonstrates interpersonal behavior, attitude, judgment, communication and initiative with customers and employees to ensure an acceptable degree of performance.

Learns and utilizes general industry information, internal references, products and services, functional responsibilities in relation to commercial credit analysis.

Track covenants as appropriate and as requested.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Verifies compliance with laws and regulations issued by governing agencies.
Performs various duties and responsibilities, as assigned, including assisting with policy manual updates and various lender training such as compliance, insurance or policies, maintaining file logs for files received and sent during loan review and researching and completing monthly and quarterly asset quality and risk management graphs and reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

The incumbent is primarily responsible for communicating with customers through Video Teller sessions and telephone.   The incumbent researches and resolves issues or concerns related to Bank products or services to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  The incumbent is familiar with various banking concepts, products, practices and procedures and performs various Teller and customer service tasks. The incumbent should have an outgoing, upbeat, camera friendly demeanor, a positive work ethic, and work well in a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides timely courteous service to customers via the NCR Teller by processing payments, taking deposits, cashing checks, transferring funds, and balances daily transactions to the virtual cash drawer according to established procedures and defined authority.

Performs the functions necessary to complete customer requests such as preparing documents, researching problems, complaints, processing check orders, placing stop payments, providing payoffs, changing addresses, transferring funds and documenting client interactions  when necessary.

Is responsible for performing maintenance including address changes, debit card requests, CD renewals, form requests, product changes, and fee refunds. Audits previous days maintenance ensuring accuracy.

Builds sustainable relationships by displaying empathy and the desire to help, acts as the liaison between the branch and customer through engagement and ownership of the situation.

Promotes bank products and services by identifying customer’s needs through inbound calls and outbound calling efforts.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
