The Events Department is seeking Ambassadors to represent the Raiders at events and programs in a positive and professional manner. Ambassadors will gain a wide breadth of experience in the sports industry, as well as at non-football related events by supporting the efforts of various departments including but not limited to: Alumni, Events, Community Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Premium Service, Raiders Foundation, Stadium Operations, and Youth Football. Raiders Ambassadors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining the core values of the Raiders organization. Raiders Ambassadors are expected to represent integrity, teamwork, and positivity.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging with guests through various interactive activities, programs, and events.
  • Provide positive experiences at various activation locations by serving as a greeter, checking in guests, providing directions, and responding to all guest questions or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Serve as an official Raiders representative by executing a consistent brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Assist with the set-up, execution, and take down of various events to maintain and enhance the Raiders’ reputation of excellence.
  • Assist with equipment storage organization including, but not limited to set-up, inventory, upkeep, and maintenance.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must attend all mandatory shifts at the supervisors discretion; Orientations, Draft Party, Training Camp, 2023 Gamedays, Silver & Black Gala, and Raiders Super Bowl events throughout the city.
  • Must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and customer service skills
  • Must be an approachable team player that is open to receiving and presenting feedback to improve job functions, skill sets and overall operations.
  • Ability to work well as a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining intentional, driven and detail oriented.
  • Present and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must always work with integrity.
  • Knowledge of NFL and Raiders initiatives and programs is preferred.
  • Must be able to travel throughout Southern Nevada.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a valid in-state driver license and be ability to drive department vehicles.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to): 

  • Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will primarily support email marketing across the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium. The role will work with internal departments to coordinate email from development to deployment. This role will work in conjunction with the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing, and customer journeys as well as be enthusiastic, creative and possess a strong attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions 

  • In conjunction with the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy this position will coordinate and develop email marketing campaigns across all Raiders and Allegiant Stadium business units.
  • Coordinate and gather content for campaigns across multiple departments including copywriting.
  • Execute the handling of all sponsors and internal ad campaigns while working with NFL Ad Ops and serve as point person for internal marketing assets for Raiders’ stadium LED, marquee, billboards, and media mesh.
  • Maintain email, SMS, paid, and mobile app calendars for the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium.
  • Manage creative requests for campaigns, including production of well-defined creative briefs to guide the creative team.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly tracking of email, SMS, paid and mobile app performance.
  • In conjunction with the Digital Product Manager assist with updating and upkeep of digital marketing aspects of our digital platforms.
  • Actively follow new email and mobile marketing trends and research ways to improve our websites, apps, emails, and any future digital platforms.
  • Remain flexible and nimble to take on additional digital marketing responsibilities over the long-term as opportunities become available. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, interactive marketing, or creative services required.
  • 1+ years of experience with a large-scale email service provider required (Acoustic is highly preferred).
  • Sports or entertainment experience preferred.
  • Effective communicator with an ability to make marketing decisions based on data analysis.
  • High proficiency with Dreamweaver (or similar), Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS).
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices and trends.
  • Experience with a coding language (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with an extremely high attention to detail.
  • Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent editorial and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Desire to continue learning, especially third-party tools that can increase efficiency.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
  • Availability and willingness to travel and work extended hours, including some nights and weekends.
