Inventory Management and Planning is a critical area highly integrated with the Order-to-Cash process impacting customer service and experience. It involves complex processes and IT integration, holding the knowledge internally becomes a must. This role involves configuring complex Order-to-Cash processes and technical integration to meet customer order fulfillment. You will own and support the technical solution.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of the IT Strategic Plan.
- Manage Governance processes including the facilitation of the process within the functional area.
- Provide oversight to ensure solutions are managed within the IT strategy and roadmap with appropriate support coverage.
- Monitor and maintain awareness of ERP industry trends and best practices for the functional area.
- Contribute to the provision of a robust, reliable and effective ERP system for LS&Co. users as measured by established service levels.
- Partner closely with the business and IT teams to facilitate issue resolution, develop and deliver valuable business solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership to include teams onsite, offshore, and across the globe including appropriate 3rd party service providers.
- Manage and plan the teams’ workload and provide direction to team members in terms of priorities, work assignments, work output and deliverables in areas of break/fix, enhancements, projects and review.
- Develops and maintains key relationships within ERP Competency Center group, the Regional IT group, business counterparts and 3rd parties.
Qualifications
- BS or Engineering Degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience supporting business systems
- Minimum of 8 years of ERP experience which should include multiple implementation projects and exposure to an ERP support environment
- ERP Fashion and global experience preferred
- Experience implementing solutions that facilitate the resolution of demand/supply shortages through SAP AtP, PAL, Supply Assignment or stock protection desired
- Knowledge of one or more ERP suite of applications with extensive experience in the relevant domain areas for their function.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to anticipate technological changes, communicate the impact these changes may have on the organization and meet the business requirements necessary to implement the changes
- Understanding of apparel retailer industry is a must

We are looking for a Senior Architect, E-OMS to join our global Levi’s® team. You’ll help design solutions that serve the needs of our globally distributed direct-to-consumer (DTC) customers. You have the unique blend of technical knowledge with Enterprise Order Management System (EOM) and eCommerce platforms. You are also someone that enjoys working with product and technology leaders to provide insights into where the industry is headed, to influence capability roadmaps of our systems. You will report to our Director, IT and be based remote for now, and in our San Francisco HQ, post-pandemic.
About the Job
- Lead architecture and technical design for global programs spanning multiple teams across the organization
- Work with Business and Product Teams to translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document all application requirements
- Ensure team members follow established technical standards and work with the technical team to achieve optimal design
- Manage technical solutions and roadmaps for OMS (Order Management System) and e-commerce systems
- Participate in the full OMS product and eCommerce platforms lifecycle; including idea generation, requirements elicitation and definition, implementation and performance analysis
- Prepare estimates for complex projects to provide management with the information needed to forecast project delivery dates
- Share insights with production support team and engage, when needed, with critical incident management escalations
About You
- You have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related experience
- You have 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design
- You have 8+ years of application development experience leading OMS solutions like Manhattan or IBM Sterling OMS
- You have 2+ years of expert level omni channel web & mobile technologies experience
- You can clearly define/write detailed technical design and specifications including functional/non-functional
- You’ve worked with eCommerce Platforms, like Hybris
- Deep experience with Microservices, APIs and Cloud Platform
- You have hands-on experience with Angular, Java, Spring, micro-services, and full-stack technologies; XML, XSD, File Transfers, PL/SQL
- Expert in integration patterns: web services, REST API and synchronous/asynchronous integration mechanisms
- You have Experience deploying cloud solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure. Experience in Kafka is great to have.
- You understand database (Oracle), integrations, and security

The Mac Support Technician is the main point of contact and overall technical support for all Executives, including our CEO and CFO, based at Levi Strauss & Co’s global headquarters in San Francisco. You will be required to work on-site at Levi’s Plaza in SF.
About the Job
- Set up, proactively maintain and configure executive devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones), which are primarily Apple machines
- Analyze and troubleshoot IT issues and collaborate across IT to escalate and follow-up on complex issues that may not be handled locally.
- Be the resident Apple expert providing guidance and training on Mac support to other support team members.
- Work closely with the rest of the IT support team, meeting regularly to manage and proactively improve user experience at the site.
- Test and evaluate new tools and devices.
- Providing offsite support as needed.
About You:
- 1+ years of experience working at an Apple Store
- Expert knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting Apple devices
- Experience with Microsoft Office for Mac 2016, 2019, and Office 365 functionality and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues
- Excellent communication skills (phone manners, listening skills, and follow-up skills)
- Experience in providing mobile device support
- Apple certifications highly desirable (ACMT) (MIB)
- JAMF experience
- Experience with Video/Audio conferencing systems a plus

In this role as the Sr. Director of Sustainability, you will create leadership for LS&Co. by managing performance for current and future sustainability programs and support the overarching strategic business plan (SBP). You will develop a long-term vision for program evolution and where LS&Co. should lead. You will ensure that the programs are designed to be embedded within the organization where ownership and performance can be realized. You will also oversee global scope across all functions with sustainability goals. You will promote progress and support approaches that will lead to transparency and leadership. You will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer.
Responsibilities
Establish a process for prioritization and focus for the sustainability efforts of the company
Anticipate long-term megatrends and benchmark to determine where LS&Co. should lead
Manage the development of a long-term sustainability strategy for LS&Co.
Manage sustainability performance across the company to inform decisions
Provide expertise to leaders on a broad range of business-critical topics and impact areas
Identify new areas for LS&Co. to lead and create proposals for executive leadership
Lead the creation of roadmaps in close collaboration with internal partners for eventual functional ownership
Work closely with the Transparency, Disclosure and Reporting lead to ensure that strategies and programs meet the needs of our stakeholders
Partner with the Acceleration and Responsible Sourcing organization to ensure that the programs and roadmaps are designed to be practical, focused and efficient.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Degree preferred
12+ years of experience across multiple fashion brands
Maintain an externally facing mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic/geopolitical trends
Deep knowledge of sustainability and understanding trends and actions taken by competitors across the apparel industry/other industries
Ability to influence all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of our approaches to deliver increased sustainability reputation for LS&Co.

Can create science-based collaborative approach to sustainability that is solid and credible
