  • Weekday Second Shift Tuesday-Friday (4-10 hour days) 4pm-2:30am
  • Weekend Second Shift Saturday-Monday (3-12 hour days) 5:30pm- 5:30am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead teams of employees to pick customer orders
  • Support shipping as directed and assist in receiving of trucks/shipments as needed
  • Monitor performance and execute corrective actions
  • Locate and confirm products into picking bins
  • Troubleshoot robots
  • Breakdown empty boxes in the zones throughout the shift
  • Make sure all products are transferred and confirmed to locations in real-time
  • Perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Report ANY equipment issues to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 1-2 years’ experience in a distribution center using heavy equipment
  • You read and write basic English
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have a current valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, pushing and pulling are continuously required activities of this position. Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 30-50 pounds frequently and use a stair ladder for retrieving overstock items required.

  • Pull stock for replenishment from overstock locations in main and satellite warehouses

Execute the weekly payroll for all employees.

Develop a deep working knowledge of Namely and all systems integrated with Namely.
