What You Will Learn:

What We Are Looking For: 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2023 – July 2024
  • Able to start working fulltime starting July 2024 upon graduation with your bachelor’s degree
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Willing to relocate to any USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including Northern New Jersey or New York City and have the flexibility to travel between both locations.

  • Available to work the entirety of the 11-week summer internship program in 2023

LUXE Media Coordinator, Paid Social & Search

The Media Coordinator will support the Paid Social and Paid Search teams through all fundamentals of campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting. The Media Coordinator will work across a wide variety of LUXE brands and media platforms to contribute successful campaign management across two key performance channels. 


Role Description:

  • Leads implementation of creative and builds campaigns in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit) and supports launches of new keywords and ad copy in paid search platforms (Google & Microsoft)
  • Manages day-to-day flow of social media & paid search performance including pacing, monitoring KPIs, and troubleshooting within each respective self-service ads platform
  • Creates Excel workbooks to organize campaign performance data and provide actionable insights as well as pull insights from existing data visualization tools (DOMO & Google Datastudio)
  • Monitors trends and the broader search landscape through competitive tools (Adthena), using data to surface insights and optimization recommendations
  • Ensures campaigns launch on time across all tactics and partners

The Business Analyst is an expert at compiling informed consumer and market insights from multiple qualitative and quantitative (Nielsen, Profitero) sources. They work very closely with the other members of the squad, especially the Category head, Brand marketers and the Omni-Shopper, to share conclusions and trends that translate into insights and actions.

Additionally, the Business Analyst owns and leads the FSI strategy, execution, and measurement for the entire category in partnership with the Category head and Omni-shopper.

The Business Analyst also acts as a brand marketing support to the AVP brand lead and will own the execution of assigned brand activation plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, aggregate and synthesize sales, market and consumer data
  • Track sales of the category on a weekly basis and provide key insights, challenges/risks and opportunities to the Category Head, BBD team and broader squad.
  • Create and update launch trackers
  • Monitor reviews and ratings and consumer sentiment through social listening to report back learnings and insights
  • Conduct competitive research including new launches, pricing, and sales drivers
  • Track trends that impact the category (via Google/SEO, etc.) and translate into insights
  • Responsible for preparing all upfront business analytics for meetings including category performance, drivers and other specific analysis requested by the Category Head.
