Overview
Expected pay for this position is $20.63 – $24.27/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

2nd shift; Monday-Friday; 3:00pm-11:30pm

POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of the more complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC tasks. This position also aids other skilled tradespersons in the completion of complex tasks such as the installation of new equipment and trouble-shooting and repair of building systems and equipment. This position requires detailed knowledge of and the ability to operate and maintain the facility’s major mechanical systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, communication, and fire protection.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED

Experience: 2 years of perfoming or assisting with Preventative Maintenance of HVAC equipment, not requiring a license i.e.; bearing grease, filter replacement and lubrication of dampers.  2 years experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of the Department of Surgery is responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the Department of Surgery which includes surgery, the preadmission care unit, the post anesthesia care unit, the ambulatory surgery center, the sterile processing unit, and Wound Care.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BSN within 6 years of hire date

Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse

Experience: 1 year leadership experience

Other skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate Degree in Nursing or similar field in accordance with position principal duties and responsibilities.

Licensure/Certifications: Clinical Certifications in accordance with position principal duties and responsibilities.
