Full Job Description

Position will deliver to all types of customers including Foodservice. Drives the delivery vehicle and delivers product to the store. Responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of product on store shelves, displays, in coolers and vending equipment. Builds small displays and sets up promotional materials as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoice and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges. Has frequent interaction with store management and store receiving personnel for acceptance of load as required. This position requires lifting and loading cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours and pushing/pulling using from 40 – 150 pounds of force, occasionally. It also requires reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store. Unloads pallets of product from the delivery vehicle with an electronic pallet jack or 2 wheel hand truck, and puts the product in a designated area in the stores’ backroom
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Deliver product and execute all promotions
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
  • Merchandise all accounts to local standards
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 21 years or older
  • Pass the DOT drug test and DOT Physical
  • Valid class A CDL license

Supply Chain Associate Program:
Successful program participants will have the skills and experiences to achieve a field Plant Controller or headquarters Financial Planning and Analysis Manager within 7-8 years. The entry point for this program is the Supply Chain Accounting/Finance Associate position which is part of a broader program which includes other operations and technical disciplines. The Supply Chain Accounting/Finance Associate will report directly to the Plant Controller and is expected to last approximately 18-24 months. Supply Chain Finance summer internship responsibilities include training and experience in a broad range of accounting, internal control, and financial planning activities including:

Accounting Process:

  • Participate in 2-3 plant financial period closes related tasks
  • Participate in physical inventory cycle counts
  • Take ownership of a plant accounting responsibility for 6-8 weeks (Production Accounting, A/P, or Fixed assets, etc.)

Internal Control Testing:

  • Complete Q3 –Periodic and Quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley control test
  • Complete an Internal Audit self-assessment test

Financial Analysis:

  • Complete one or two projects analyzing costs, developing insights, and recommending corrective actions with guidance from subject matter experts as needed
  • Present the results of the analysis at the local plant and also at the division HQ in Chicago along with Supply Chain Accounting/Finance Associate summer interns from other plants at an end of summer conference

* Perform assigned cleaning duties as part of the weekly CIPs.* Complete cycle counts as assigned.* Receiving Driver:* Receive in all inbound deliveries and ensure the lot and quantities of materials are correctly entered into WMS.* When flavor is received, separate out flavor by lot to aid the receiving process. * Pull material needed for interplant transfers and load trailer.* Move material to the hold area if there is damage and change the status accordingly.* Load material/bales for Superilink pickups.* Sanitize the cooler and back dock as part of the weekly CIPs.
* Complete cycle counts as assigned.* Line 1 or Line 2 Driver:* Load trailers with finished goods and complete all related transactions in WMS to ensure product ships correctly.* Troubleshoot issues and clear jams at the palletizer and associated equipment (conveyors, lantech, etc)* Ensure Lantech and Bar Code applicators remain supplied and threaded* Responsible for cleaning the palletizer and participating in weekly CIPs.* Complete Quality Paperwork for Palletizer Area* Inspect trucks before loading to ensure trailer is clean.* Inspect truck after loading to ensure cleanliness and that correct loading pattern was used.* Bottle Driver:* Receive in all bottle and fiber loads and ensure the lot and quantities of materials are correctly entered into WMS.* Ensure that the bottle conveyor is full at all times.* Load dunnage onto trucks and ensure the trucks contains 22 stacks of pallets.* Relieve depal operator for all breaks.* Load finished goods if there is some product stored in the warehouse on an as needed basis.* Perform any product or material movements as needed in the warehouse area.* Sanitize front dock area and bottle conveyor area clean as part of the weekly CIPs.* Complete cycle counts as assigned.* Inspect trucks before loading to ensure trailer is clean.* Inspect truck after loading to ensure cleanliness and that correct loading pattern was used.* Complete pre inspection checklist before beginning shift.* Report property damage immediately and clean up spills.* Participate in RCFA/7Step meetings as required for equipment breakdowns/improvements* Support TPM activities through participation on TPM team and completing required paperwork (CIL, CL, etc.)* NWT Participation.* BOS completion.

Job Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Able to communicate, read, and write in English lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis work in a safe and controlled manner and comply with GMPs, Standards of Conduct, and Company Policies and be flexibility to work off-shifts as needed
* High School Diploma or GED
* Perform basic calculator and math functions.
* Prior experience driving a forklift needed (Forklift Certification Required) and maintain a safe driving record.
* Working knowledge of Raw Materials/Ingredients and Finished Goods produced on site.
