It is for that reason that we place incredible emphasis on our Account Management team and are looking for an amazing VP of Account Management & Customer Success to lead our 10+ person (and growing) Account Management and Client Strategy teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Set strategy, policies, priorities, and best practices for a national account management team.
- Focusing on NPS methodology, develop and lead a client-first strategy that delivers solutions not just products and actionable insights that drive outcomes.
- Ensure PulsePoint delivers an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint – from first engagement to post-campaign reporting.
- Develop customer listening paths to drive metrics for customer loyalty and profitability.
- Own and cultivate senior-level relationships at our client companies to not only support your team’s day-to-day efforts but to secure long-term strategic business.
- Design strategies for renewals and expansion based on proven success with existing clients.
- Collaborate with our Product teams to identify features that will lead to greater success, growth, and retention of our current clients.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify challenges, propose solutions and activate change where necessary.
- Provide strategic reports and insights on client performance and KPIs that inform opportunities and growth.
- Ensure balanced staffing plan, workload, and relationship alignment between account managers and sales.
- Create career pathing and an environment for growth and development for your team.
Requirements
- 10+ years Account Management, Account Strategy, Customer Success, or Client Services experience in a digital, technology driven/programmatic environment.
- 5+ years leading a high performing Account Management/Customer Success team, in a solution-oriented culture.
- Robust C-level client direct partnership and strategy experience.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves as an Account Strategy leader.

Full Job Description
- Administration and support all aspects of the company’s network infrastructure that consists of multiple data centers, Cloud, headquarter office, outsourcing department and number of telecommuters.
- Design and create configuration and standards for network devices according to current best practices
- Implement, configure and troubleshoot a variety of Hardware/Software Products, including: Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, VPN appliance, Firewalls, WIFI Systems, IP Telephony
- Maintain and improve the automation framework to replicate standard configurations globally
- Perform advanced monitoring and reporting related to network systems
- Coordinate change planning and formal change control process to systems in order to ensure internal and external SLA’s are met
- Participate in network monitoring, planning, and traffic engineering activities for intra-datacenter and ingress/egress traffic
- Plan and execute new network hardware installation, racking/stacking and cabling according to company policies.
- Maintain and develop structured cabling infrastructure in the Datacenters
- Co-own and keep up to date Datacenter Inventory systems
- Participate in on-call pager rotation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in multiple hardware vendor syntax including Arista, Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco
- Extensive comprehension of TCP/IP – ability to troubleshoot real network-related problems.
- Understanding and ability to implement network design according to best security practices – i.e. multi-tiered DMZ
- Experience in network Automation tools such as Ansible.
- Experience in scripting using python / bash / API
- Deep understanding of Layer 3 network protocols, hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, ECMP, Anycast
- In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 Network protocols: VLANs, LAG/LACP, Trunks, Spanning Tree, MLAG, LLDP, VRRP, VARP
- Solid proficiency in NAT, DHCP, ARP protocols
- Experience with VPN protocols:, IPSEC, SSL VPN Configuration and support
- Excellent WIFI knowledge, hand-on experience and troubleshooting skills of WIFI technologies and protocols: WPA/WPA2, PSK, 802.1X, Radius.
- Understanding Application Load balancing concepts and hands-on experience with Load Balancer platforms.
- Experience with Red Hat based Linux networking aspects: network configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of LAN and WAN modern technologies
- Expertise in Public Cloud environments: AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, EC2, S3), GCP
- Willingness and ability to independently POC and implement new technologies such as: Open networking, SDN.

Business Development Manager
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll join a team that’s in growth mode. You will be part of the founding process of our expansion into new areas, both in international markets and new endemic supply strategies. What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate on strategies to identify, qualify (not every Publisher will make the cut and it’s up to you to be the gatekeeper) and engage new supply partners, cultivating relationships that generate incremental business
- Negotiate business terms and close deals with premium digital publishers that provide quality inventory available through our open Exchange as well as our buying platform for health care marketers, Life
- Prospect multiple prospective supply partners each week (via email and phone), set up and deliver pitch meetings, manage close rate KPIs and forecast probabilities of closure

Specifically, here’s some things we’ll want you to get done:
- Collaborate with internal teams to delight our customers with timely and accurate data reporting which meets all requirements;
- Research & implement new data products or capabilities
- Automate data visualization and reporting capabilities that empower users (both internal and external) to access data on their own thereby improving quality, accuracy and speed

Requirements
What are the ‘must haves’ we’re looking for?
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in:
- Creating SQL queries from scratch using real business data;
- Highly proficient knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, functions)
- Data analysis & manipulation
What Other Things Would Get Us Excited About You
- Python;

- ELT experience
- Tableau/Looker/PowerBI
