Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and operates the printing equipment, other department equipment and associated computer systems.

• Leads, coaches, and mentors the work of others.

• Monitors and inspects the work of others.

• Assists in evaluating performance and providing appropriate feedback to department manager.

• Monitors and troubleshoots machinery during its operation for any errors and quality of the final product.

• Keeps legible, accurate and complete records.

• Provides appropriate maintenance to printing press.

• Assists in ordering department supplies to support all production requirements.

• Manages Shift operations without supervision
