In this critical role, you will create and distribute content targeted to an audience of SDRs and Sales leaders worldwide, sharing content to raise brand awareness and generate interest in RightBound’s offering. You will oversee all marketing content initiatives across mediums to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop engaging website, blog, newsletter and social media content
  • Create, publish and track short form and long form content across multiple channels
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the SalesTech sphere, and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Optimize content according to SEO
  • Oversee all moving pieces of content from ideation, to production, to distribution
  • Develop creative content and campaign materials for maximum use across channels – from long-form whitepapers to short-form blog posts and collateral, and everything in between
  • Partner with designers, freelancers, and external stakeholders on content production
  • Support development and communication of content marketing strategy as it relates to business goals
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the RightBound brand voice
  • Identify thought leadership stories and generate content that supports specific brand positioning and campaign efforts
  • Partner with external agencies to work on PR, SEO and paid acquisition campaigns
  • Consistently measure, track, and report on the performance of content and use those insights to drive future content planning decisions

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager
  • 4+ years of work experience in marketing, journalism, or communications, ideally working for a technology company
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Self-driven with high collaboration capabilities
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Attention to detail, good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working with various digital storytelling formats and can demonstrate the ability to take complex topics and communicate them effectively (text, video, podcast, slideshows, email)
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with new topics and industries quickly
  • Ability to lead creative ideation and translate ideas into marketing content and materials
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for customer engagement, digital marketing, and brand development
