Create and plan live and virtual events that are creatively fun, exciting, and informational while collaborating with multiple teams, incorporating Stampin’ Up! products, communicating effectively with the demonstrator base and multiple internal departments, while hitting all timelines and staying within budget.
  3. Negotiate contracts for multiple venues ensuring that all event needs are met.
  4. Source and develop gift(s)/swag for the demonstrator base by working closely with internal and external departments and vendors, staying on trend and producing a quality item that maintains or exceeds demonstrators’ expectations.
  5. Ability to manage and lead a large team of employees for set up, show days, and tear down of the event while managing outside vendors and executing the event; ensuring that the event is positive, exciting, and memorable for demonstrators and employees.

Requirements

  1. 3 years of experience in event planning and/or planning incentive trips for a sales force.
  2. Ability to travel up to 70 days a year.
  3. Ability to stand and walk for long periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  4. High degree of initiative, with the ability to work quickly, anticipate needs, make recommendations, and take appropriate actions.

  2. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the bi-weekly payrolls for the United States (US), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), and New Zealand (NZ).
  3. Ensure the proper entry of all changes to employee records into the payroll system including new hire information, terminations, benefit changes, etc., by working closely with HR to coordinate/validate any changes.
  4. Protect the company by maintaining accurate payroll records and storing them in a confidential filing system.
  5. Ensure the accurate and timely filing and/or payment of any regulatory or court-ordered requirements including garnishments, child support payments, W-2, W-3, and 941 filings. Correct errors as necessary.
  6. Know and comply with current payroll laws.
  7. Maintain accurate time off recordkeeping.

Requirements

  1. Four or more years of payroll processing experience including a thorough working knowledge of US payroll tax laws and regulations
  2. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills combined with the ability to identify and correct errors before the processing of the bi-weekly payroll.
  3. Ability to manage personal time off schedule along with setting correct work priorities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of each bi-weekly payroll.
  4. Demonstrated and ongoing attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Perform all aspects of warehouse function while rotating through replenishments, secondary, receiving, and other distribution-related assignments.

Essential Job Functions:

  2. Unload and sort containers, trucks, and other deliveries. Verify that physical counts match packing slip totals and individual product numbers. Promptly communicate with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing to resolve discrepancies.
  3. Follow secondary put-away procedures to move inventory from receiving dock to appropriate location within the warehouse and/or pick line while maintaining the warehouse pallet flow locations and order fulfillment induction area.
  4. Follow the “skip lot” log to assign appropriate QA action.
  5. Pick up incoming shipments and deliver outgoing shipments to carriers.
  6. Perform job functions safely and show initiative to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  7. Must be able to interact with truck drivers, vendors, and quests to the warehouse.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Ability to certify to operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining safety standards at all times. Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations) to operate company vehicles.
  3. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
  4. Ability to read and write English and count and perform basic math accurately. Continually counting and verifying case and piece counts.
